Day Four at the S4x26 POC Pavilion: Standing Room Only

We saved the best for last.

Thursday at 1:00 PM, Frenos took the POC Pavilion stage for our live demo. The room was standing room only. People lined the walls, crowded the back, and spilled into the aisles. We weren't expecting that. We're grateful for it.

The Full Picture

Not sure if you followed along, but we blogged from the S4 POC Pavilion every day this week. Here's the summary.

We installed our product, uploaded firewall configurations, integrated into Claroty and Dragos APIs, built our consequence-free digital twin, conducted 154,000 adversary simulations, and identified 18 validated attack paths from IT into two OT networks. Combined total time: 42 minutes. All running on an Apple MacBook Pro laptop.

Let that sit for a second. A complete OT security posture assessment, from installation to validated attack paths, in 42 minutes on a laptop.

On Day Three, with our simulations already complete, we built the first version of a Cisco Cyber Vision integration live at the event. The team turned around a working parser in under three hours, and we can now ingest Cyber Vision datasets into our data model alongside Claroty and Dragos.

The Market Is Ready

We believe the OT security market is at an inflection point.

For the past decade, the industry has been focused on visibility and vulnerability data collection. That work was necessary. You can't protect what you can't see, and platforms like Claroty, Dragos, and Cisco Cyber Vision have done important work helping organizations build that foundation.

But visibility alone doesn't answer the question every asset owner is actually asking: what can an adversary do with what's in my environment right now?

That's where attack path and adversary simulation inside a consequence-free digital twin comes in. The visibility data exists. The vulnerability data exists. The segmentation and configuration data exists. What's been missing is the ability to take all of that data, model it safely, and let an AI reasoning agent test every possible path an adversary could take without ever touching production.

The technology is ready. The data is ready. And after this week at S4x26, we believe the community is ready too.

Thank You

To everyone who packed the room for our live demo, thank you. To everyone who came by our booth for a private demo, asked hard questions, and pushed us to explain how this works under the hood, thank you. That's exactly the kind of engagement that makes S4 the best event in our industry.

We started Frenos because we lived the pain of OT security firsthand and knew there had to be a better way. This week reinforced that conviction. The conversations we had, the interest we saw, and the reception from practitioners who understand the problem tell us we're on the right path.

We're looking forward to pushing innovation and driving true OT risk reduction in this community. This is just the beginning.
